Expert Craftsmanship Serving Bespoke Design

Each project is a unique creation: shapes, materials, textures, colors, and finishes are studied with precision to meet the highest standards of design and quality.

Depending on the nature of your project, we offer a range of manufacturing techniques, carefully selected for their aesthetic and technical relevance: hand-tufted, robot-tufted, Axminster, hand-knotted, and handloom. This diversity of expertise allows us to adapt each creation to specific constraints of use, budget, and timeline, working with workshops of excellence.

HAND-TUFTED

Hand-tufting is a traditional technique that involves inserting yarn into a stretched backing using a tufting gun, following a precise design. It allows for the creation of bespoke rugs with great freedom in patterns, textures, and relief, while offering production lead times of 6 to 8 weeks. Ideal for residential projects, luxury hotel suites, yachts, and high-end boutiques.

HAND-KNOTTED

Hand-knotting is a traditional artisanal technique where each knot is tied by hand on a loom. This long and meticulous process produces rugs of exceptional fineness, durability, and craftsmanship.

ROBOT-TUFTED

Robot tufting is guided by a design created in AutoCAD.
The file serves as a map, indicating shapes, paths, and color areas that the robot follows to tuft the rug automatically. We recommend this technique for residential projects, luxury boutiques, and large-scale developments such as hotels and palaces. Production typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks.

AXMINSTER

Axminster is a high-end industrial weaving technique for carpets. The yarns are woven directly into the structure (rather than inserted as in tufting). Each colored thread is precisely integrated, resulting in a highly durable carpet with excellent pattern definition—ideal for high-traffic areas.

FLATWOVEN OR HANDLOOM

Flatwoven or handloom rugs from Nepal are made on manual looms. The warp threads are stretched, and the weft threads are interlaced over and under without knots. Patterns are created directly during weaving using different colored yarns. The result is a thin, lightweight, and reversible rug, with production lead times between 4 and 8 weeks.
