For a private residence in Deauville, 55 CLOUD partnered with interior designer Sandra Benhamou to create and install a custom stair runner made from banana silk and wool, bringing together the subtle sheen of silk and the natural softness of wool.

Flatwoven for a smooth, refined finish, the runner combines understated elegance with rich texture. The interplay of natural fibers, subtle color variations, and light creates a sophisticated look that complements the home’s interior design.

Each fiber brings its own distinctive qualities. Banana silk adds a delicate sheen and subtle texture, while wool contributes warmth, softness, and depth.
