For the Paspaley Pearls jewelry boutique in Sydney, designed by Carbondale Architecture, 55 CLOUD created a custom luxury rug in golden tones, designed to complement the elegance and sophistication of this exceptional space.
What makes this project unique is the extensive color research and development undertaken to achieve the perfect gold gradient. Each shade was carefully studied to create a subtle and harmonious transition between golden tones, bringing depth, light, and sophistication to the rug.
Sand Sculpted by the Reflection of the Sea
This rug explores a more organic expression. Inspired by a beach after the tide has receded, this luxury rug in sandy tones combines a delicate color gradient, intricate sculpted carving, and subtle speckled details.
The rug’s textured surface evokes the ripples and fleeting impressions left by water on the sand. Variations in color and delicate speckled details recall grains of sand, mineral fragments, and the natural irregularities of the shoreline.
